Refund policy

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Returns must be post marked no later than 7 days after receipt. Original postage and return postage are at your expense.

Send return items to Craft Supply House, PO Box 482, Libertytown, Maryland, 21762.

Please be sure to send all items with tracking. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in the mail without tracking.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inspect the product and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you feel you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
